Veteran Nollywood Actor Ignis Ekwe Is Dead

Veteran Nollywood Actor, Ignis Ekwe, who was notable for his part in the mainstream Soap Opera "Éveryday People", has passed on, his relative affirmed.


The actor, who assumed famous parts in "Cockcrow at Dawn'', "Igodo"and other epic motion pictures, allegedly kicked the bucket in Benin, after a short sickness.


On-screen character Yvonne Jegede, who is a niece to the late artist took to her Instagram page, @yvonnejegedefawole on Tuesday to grieve him.

She wrote:''My heart is dying, my heart is overwhelming. Who do I fault? Who do I doubt? The inescapable has struck once more. #AdateToRemember# R.i.p Uncle Ignis Ekwe''.

The Edo-conceived performing artist was a scriptwriter, and a speaker in the Department of Mass Communications, Auchi Polytechnic, in Edo until his demise
